Never seen one that has 4 round handles where you can oscillate the candle holder from left to right and right to left, and one that moves the candle side to side, really quirky. Bought from local auction never fired up so sold as untested, but all relevant parts seem to be there. Is missing its shade but has the funnel. Both wick wheels  move but are a little stiff. There are signs of Verdigris deposits on various parts of the lamp.
