This is a beautiful decanter with a ornate decorative design on top of the glass wine holder and a what appears to be a dragon shaped handle. The wine filling aperture is small and comes with a decorative cork stopper .At the base of the Decanter there appears to be stamped coat of arms. This decanter does show some wear of the brass and the glass wine holder needs to be cleaned . I have kept this item as a decorative ornamental display in my home, and love the original patina when I bought it so never tryed to clean it. See photos to make your own assessment of condition.
